I don’t get the point? If somebody comes here on visitor visa and files for 485 or people here illegally flip over to EB blah blah blah then you fix the loophole, you just don’t kill the 485 measure. If you have a brain tumor then you surgically remove the tumor. You just don’t cut of the head. Your solution to oppose 485 seems similar to that. What about the people who have been waiting for for a couple of years to get the labor and I140 cleared and cannot apply for 485 now, If you get laid off without 485 you don’t get AC21 provisions to get a similar job and the whole process is gone down the drain. Why are you worried about somebody who might do something in future when you don’t even want to bother about the people who would benefit from 485 measure right now and right here?
As you yourself suggested people from India (eb2 and eb3) should not worry about looking at Visa bulletins for the next 10 years because at current pace it will take at least 10 years. There is no company in USA in technology field which will keep you in the same position for 10 years. And you are opposing 485 on some loophole, so if I am reading between the lines people from India who have not yet applied for 485 might as well pack there bags and go back to India. chandu...have u read the lawsuit outcome? do u still think that an administrative fix is easier to achieve than a lawsuit? lets say it comes down to either/or...either a lawsuit or an administrative fix...which one would IV support?

This whole conversation was not intended to be personal and if it hurt you in any way then we all apologize ,most of the people here might be in or against amway/quixter but they are all more pissed of by the way they are harassed by so called IBO's with the way they treat their prospective clients.
Why not just move on if somebody says no or gives a excuse to the IBO's, if anybody does
really feel interested they will ultimately come back to you guys but why harass them with multiple calls and personal visits.
Note - I would be intersted to see your tax returns :-) email me please since you agreed to.
Since you are in bay area I will reply to you. I don't need to see his tax papers, as long I can see mine. IF you are happy with your thinking so be it...stay where you are...and you can google froogle whatever you want. You will find your like minded people there too.

This thought of submission is exactly what has always pulled India back from moving forward. That unless you are corrupt you are not normal. Speaking out against corruption is abnormality for us. Just starting out schemes does not ensure good. If everybody from the CM to the peon in the office demands his share how does the money trickle down to the needy?

Hi,
I applied for I-485 for myself , my wife ans son, on July 27th 07 (Thi sis the receipr date), My lawyer did not send the medical reports with the application. Currently the reports are with him. Medical exam was done on July 18 07. My PD will be current in Aug 08(as per the bulletin). I am sure i will get an RFE for the medical reports, and most probably it wil come in AUG 08 or later.
My question is, do i need to go for medical exam again , or can my lawer send the reports that he has with him to USCIS in reply to the RFE? I am confused since, by the time i get the RFE, the reports would be more than 1 year old.

Ans: The company originally set up in any province in canada.
- May have business interest/setup in other countries in terms of
branch/subcidiary or partnership with other compny in otehr country.

1. once you have PR ask your wife to open a company A.
2. As a employee of company A you can come over to USA while maintainig your PR status. You should still be considered to be covered under candian business wanting the employee to work on international projects..
can this theory fly...all this assuming no EAD filling in near future

2) For investing you need not to be resident. This is true for both
US and Canada.
3) For filing GC you MUST be an employee. IF you are investor
you can not file GC under your company
4) US GC is very lengthy process. How you can make sure your
employment for around 7 to 8 years? So considering this and point 3, convince your wife to set the business both in Canada nad USA.
